Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Vibeoke, the karaoke web app at vibeoke.site. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use Vibeoke.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old to use Vibeoke.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Your username is public wherever you take part in something public, such as a cover challenge.

What Vibeoke is for

Vibeoke prepares songs for singing along: it lifts the vocals out of the recording and syncs the lyrics. It's for personal use, at home or at private events. Playing it in a bar, lounge or other business may need a licence from your country's performance rights organisation, and getting that licence is up to the venue.

Don't use Vibeoke to copy, download or redistribute the songs, stems or lyrics, to get around how the app works, or to upload anything you don't have the right to share.

Plans, credits and payments

• The free plan gives you weekly song credits. A credit is used once a song has played for 30 seconds.
• A Day Pass gives unlimited singing for 24 hours from when you first use it. It doesn't renew.
• Premium Monthly and Premium Annual renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your billing page; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it.
• If a song can't be prepared, the credit comes back automatically. For a refund or any other billing question, email billing@vibeoke.site.

Your recordings

Covers you record are yours. You give us permission to store them and to show them where you choose to share them, such as a challenge leaderboard. You can delete a cover from your covers page. Challenges have their own rules on their pages, and those rules apply when you enter.

Ending things

You can stop using Vibeoke whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account at hello@vibeoke.site. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

The fine print

Vibeoke is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or that every song will be matched perfectly. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date above.
