What people ask before signing in.
Can I really karaoke any song?
Almost any. Search for it and we find the original recording, then lift the vocals out of it, so you're not stuck with a catalog of 200 licensed covers. If a song can't be matched, your credit comes back.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Vibeoke runs in your browser. Phone, tablet, laptop, smart TV — anything with a modern browser works. Cast to a big screen via AirPlay or Chromecast for parties.
How long does it take to process a new song?
About 60 seconds for new songs. Songs anyone has sung before are instant — the second person to ask for ‘Mr. Brightside' gets it immediately.
Do I need a Spotify account?
No. Sign up with your email. We use Spotify's catalog to find songs and their details; the audio comes from a separate pipeline.
Can I use Vibeoke at my bar or lounge?
Not yet. Venue plans are coming soon. Leave your email on the For Venues page and we'll tell you when they launch.
Is karaoke legal in my house / venue?
For personal use at home or private events, yes. For commercial use at a venue, the licensing depends on your country's performance rights organization (PRS, BMI, ASCAP, etc.).
What happens if a song fails to process?
Automatic refund. If we can't find a clean match or processing fails for any reason, your credit is returned. You only ‘pay' (in credits or subscription minutes) when you actually sing 30 seconds of a song.
How does cancellation work?
One click in Stripe's Customer Portal from your account page. No emails, no hold music, no ‘before you go, are you sure?' loops. Day Pass doesn't auto-renew at all.
